29th Annual GTOAA International Convention

                 Saratoga Springs, NY July 15-19, 2008

Pontiac GTO owners are a social group.  As much as they love
their GTOs they also really like to get together to show their
cars and compare notes.  So, after a successful 2007 convention
in Louisville, KY, the GTOAA National Board of Directors set its
sights upon Saratoga, NY for the 2008 convention.

Hosted by the Electric City GTOs and supported by the Pioneer
Valley GTO Association, the 2008 event promises to be an excellent
one.  Saratoga Springs, NY is a great location with plenty to see
and do.  For those focused upon the GTOs, there will be a concours
car show, popular vote car show, swap meet, model car contest
and a featured GTO exhibit at the Saratoga Auto Museum.

Additionally, for the technically minded, a series of technical
seminars will be presented several times during the course
of the convention.  For the more adventurous, the Jim Wangers
Invitational Drag Race will be conducted at the Historic Lebanon
Valley Drag Way.  And, for those who haven’t had enough action,
there is the Pedders USA Autocross at the Wilton Mall.

To round out the events there will be a hotel parking lot cookout
and party plus several lunches and buffets.  To add some additional
spice, a Lake George Fireworks Steamboat Cruise is planned.  So it
looks like it’s going to be a terrific International GTOAA convention.
